DO YOU REALLY OFFER FREE GROUND SHIPPING?
Free Ground Shipping is offered on all gifts, except Fresh Fruit, Cheesecakes, and Gift Bouquets. Express shipping options
must be chosen on these particular gift items, to ensure that they arrive fresh. Ground Shipping usually takes 2-4 business
days, depending on destination state. (Weekends are not included in the delivery time) For Exact Ground Transit Times View

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING OPTIONS THAT I MAY PAY FOR?
Other shipping methods include UPS/Fed Ex 3 Day (3 business days + shipping day), UPS/Fed Ex 2 Day (2 business days +
shipping day), & UPS/Fed Ex Next Day Air. (arrives the following business day) The appropriate shipping charges will be
added to any orders in which the free ground shipping is not selected.
WHEN DOES MY ORDER SHIP?
Monday through Friday... All orders placed by 11:00 CST are usually shipped the same business day. Orders placed on
Saturday, Sunday, & Holidays will be shipped the next business day. Future dates that are specified on a order will be held
and shipped out to arrive on that specific date. If there are any questions about arrival times, please don't hesitate to contact

WHAT IS THE LATEST I SHOULD ORDER FOR CHRISTMAS?
Up until Dec 19th, orders placed by 8:00 AM EST the previous day, will be shipped out the following business day. On
December 22nd and 23rd only 2nd day and next day air orders will be shipped the same day. All 3 day and ground orders that
come in on December 22nd and 23rd will be shipped on December 29th. If this changes for any reason we will notify you as
soon as possible. Of course UPS does not guarantee any shipping methods to arrive before Christmas if they are shipped
after December 12th. There will be no refunds on late deliveries.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP YOUR PRODUCTS?
We offer delivery of our gift baskets to any physical address within the United States. We also ship many of our gift items to
APO/FPO addresses through U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail.
HOW DO YOU SHIP PERISHABLE GIFTS?
During the summer months, we provide ice packs in all chocolates & perishable gifts, to ensure that our chocolates, fruits,
and bakery items arrive fresh. Any gift such as fresh fruits or perishable products must be shipped out via express in order to
ensure that the gifts will arrive fresh.
WHAT IS YOUR SUBSTITUTION POLICY?
At times, we may need to substitute items within one of our gift baskets, to ensure freshness and timely delivery. We will
always substitute of equal or greater value, without compromising the theme, design, color, or quality of the gift.
CAN YOU INCLUDE A MESSAGE WITH MY GIFT?
An enclosure card is included in all of our merchandise with the message of your choice. Please be sure to include your
name or the company name, so the recipient knows who the gift is from.
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
Gift Baskets by Serendipity gladly accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Pay Pal. We also accept a
Cashiers Check or Money Order. Once the payment is received, your gift will be shipped.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once the order has been shipped, you will immediately receive an email notification with a tracking number to track your gift
online. You may also call UPS Toll Free at (800) 742-5877, or FED EX Toll Free at (800) 463-3339.
I MADE A MISTAKE WITH THE DELIVERY ADDRESS! CAN YOU CHANGE THIS FOR ME?
If an error is made in the shipping address, or needs to be changed, please notify us immediately. If the order has not yet
shipped, we will be glad to make any necessary changes. However, if the gift has already been picked up by the parcel
delivery company, we will need to contact either UPS or FED EX, and attempt to reroute the package to the correct address. A
rerouting fee of $15.00 will be charged to your credit card for this error.
IS THERE A WAY I CAN CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE I PLACED IT?
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason before it ships, please email us immediately at
admin@giftbasketsbyserendipity.com. Once the order has been shipped and not yet delivered, you will only be charged for
shipping, and the merchandise will be credited back.
DO YOU HAVE A REFUND POLICY?
We offer refunds for any damaged or defective gifts, as long as the claims are placed within 3 days of the gift being received.
